VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jan. 16, 2015) - Naturally Splendid Enterprises ("Naturally Splendid") (TSX VENTURE:NSP)(OTCQB:NSPDF)(FRANKFURT:50N) announces that Full Spectrum Laboratories Limited ("FSL"), Boreal Technologies, Inc. ("Boreal"), Naturally Splendid USA Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Naturally Splendid, ("Naturally Splendid USA") and Naturally Splendid have agreed to extend the outside date for closing of the previously announced Novation Agreement, as amended on December 15, 2014, (see news release dated November 20, 2014 and December 16, 2014) to February 15, 2015. No other terms of the Novation Agreement have changed.
The Novation Agreement is subject to a number of conditions including acceptance of the above transaction by the TSX Venture Exchange and Naturally Splendid completing its previously announced financing (see news releases dated November 27, 2014 and December 5, 2014). In the event that the transaction does not close by February 15, 2015, the Novation Agreement will be terminated and be of no further force or effect.
