Credit Suisse said it resumed research on C TRANSMISSION (00658.HK)  -0.100 (1.658%)    Short selling $6.96M; Ratio 13.699%     and gave it an Outperform rating, with target price at $7.25.

The broker said C TRANSMISSION's valuation is attractive, but it is more bullish towards GOLDWIND (02208.HK)  -0.170 (1.840%)   as C TRANSMISSION's diversified business has unclear outlook and is lack of fiscal discipline.
