Silver Screen Studios, Inc. (OTCBB: SSSU) www.silverscreenstudiogroup.com, http://finance.yahoo.com/q?d=v1&s=sssu.ob, today announced the publication of an audio interview at Traders Nation, www.tradersnation.com/sssu.shtml, its upcoming entertainment financing plans and its feature film slate.
We have refined our financing plan for our slate of movies we intend to finance and produce over the next 18-36 months. Our financing model includes using our entertainment business unit, Global 1 Entertainment Group, to raise up to $25 million, and registering a series of warrants and options allowing the current shareholders of SSSU to buy additional shares of Global 1 at a discount.
These funds will be used to produce, finance, and distribute up to ten (10) projects. We are in discussions and negotiations with a director to direct the first three projects and are currently in the selection process of the scripts that will comprise the slate we will produce. Our initial state of six projects will consist of three action movies, two dramas and one comedy assisted by Blue Box Entertainment with the production services.
Entertainment Operational Plan:
The operational plan for the entertainment business unit takes advantage of our publicly traded status to fund our business development. Our plan is to develop the business where each function has synergy with the entire operation. In development is an online media magazine to promote our projects as well as any talent we sign to our management company. We feel this approach is best to leverage all the assets and brands into a cohesive business unit where each component assists the other components in the business model.
Summary:
We have developed during the restructuring process a company we feel that will be competitive in the independent movie financing and production segment. The acquisition of the capital necessary to fund the projects is our main objective. With our new structure we feel the capital to fund our growth will be obtained.
