Jetzt müsste ja in der nächsten Instanz, der nächste Richter, Grewals "Ruling" nicht bestätigen und ändern.
Das wird vermutlich nicht der Fall sein.
Das Ding ist vermutlich gelaufen und deshalb leider auch der Ausverkauf.

Ich melde mich hier nach langer Zeit wieder einmal.
Das ist und bleibt eine spannende Geschichte. Es ist nicht vorbei, wie einige suggerieren wollen. Vielleicht steckt ein Zweck dahinter....

Wer mich kennt weiß, dass ich dieses Invest wegen dem 336 getätigt habe.
Durch einen Freund, der eine leitende Stellung bei Intel hat, wurde ich auf dieses wegweisende Patent aufmerksam gemacht. Ich kann ihm und seinem hochspezifischen Wissen vertrauen.
Er schüttelt natürlich über die Mannschaft auch den Kopf und wundert sich, dass die patente in deutschland nicht stärker verfolgt werden, denn die Telekom hatte man schon an den Rand einer Niederlage, man musste nu nachfassen, bzw. weitermachen.
ich bin kein patentanwalt, aber es soll in D schneller, effektiver und "leichter" gehen, seine Ansprüche durchzusetzen, wenn es so ausgelegt ist, wie das 336.

Managementfehler.... und vieles mehr... da würde ich aber noch 150 seiten schreiben können.
Ich behalte meine 1,5 Mio shares....
Es werden heute nicht 50 mio shares gehandelt und auch nicht von bestimmten Gruppierungen Notiz genommen....
Der feste Teil bleibt bei den Leuten mit dem kühlen Kopf.....
Mehr habe ich nicht zu sagen.

Es ist vorbei, wenn es vorbei ist.
Aber wie man sieht, bietet das US Recht jede Menge Möglichkeiten.
Schaun mer mal, was als nächstes kommt, die Verkäufe waren aus meiner Sicht übereilt.

Ich nehme mal als Beispiel Intertainment, die eine Beteiligung an einer Patentgeschichte gegen Apple haben, da gehts um richtig Schotter, wenns hinhaut.
Das Patengericht hat dort auch gegen alle Verfahrensregeln geurteilt. Am 8.10 ist am Federal Circuit Revision, dort wirds hoffentlich wieder korrekt zugehen.

Diese Chance hat Patriot auch, wenn auch der Grewal jetzt den Wendehals macht, das Ding wird ihm sicherlich wieder hinten reingeschoben.

wenn man sich aber das Volumen in den USA ansieht und das ist tatsächlich USA Tagesvolumen Volume:´5,896,406, hätten man in Dland fast doppelt so viele gehandelt.
Ich sehe allerdings für den gestrigen Tag nur 2,63 gehandelte Stücke in Times und Sales....
