Why ... i don't think that this mean delisting  

..in the document, that Rudini posted it sais that the last day of Trading on Frankfurt stockexchane will be 25.8.11. I dont know if this is final or not or if they intend to prolong it.

But it certainly means , that Uranio wount be traded on open market anymore, which means they dont need to raise capital anymore. This could be a good or a bad sign. If their licences in Africa will be prolonged in 4 weeks , they could just continue with buy out or some other possibility. They only had 15% of shares on the open market, so this shouldnt mean much to them.

In the worst secnario Uranio will just go to liqidation. So which one is it going to be? To continue exploration more then 1 mil$ a year is needed and this could only mean weather they go into buy out or liquidation or they intend to get money for further exploration some other way (joint venture....).

Any thoughts on this?

They should be changing their business direction or they will go to liquidation. Why woudl somebody be buying all teh shares on the market , if this company is meant to go to liquidation?  

This must be some mistake!!! Would mean 600 mil shares traded , which is not possible.
