klar, ohne News wirds heute bei dem Marktumfeld nicht nach oben gehen....Aber wenn alles stimmt, dann fliegt hier der Deckel!

Die Aktie des US-Transportriesen stürzte am vergangenen Freitag um fast  80% in den Keller. Statt einer Insolvenz wurde jedoch lediglich die  Umsetzung eines Restrukturierungsplans beschlossen.  Im Zuge dessen sollen aktuelle Aktionäre lediglich nur noch 2,5% der  Firma halten. Eine solche Verwässerung war aus unserer Sicht jedoch  schon abzusehen und zum Teil mit im Kurs eingepreist. Anfang des Jahres  stand die Aktie noch bei 4 Dollar, nun bewegt sie sich im Bereich von 7  US-Cent! YRC macht Milliardenumsätze und wird – lässt man die neuen  Comman Shares außen vor – an der Börse mittlerweile nur noch mit gut 3  Millionen Dollar bewertet.

dass ich falsche Infos habe, aber meine Quellen sprechen von 1.9 Billion....ist auch ne Menge, aber mit dem umsatz verglichen ist der aktuelle Kurs absolut unterbewertet...
