Greenworld Wind Supreme Power Co. Ltd. to Become Listed on the GXG Exchange

Greenworld Wind Supreme Power Co. Ltd. (Greenworld Wind), Deutsche Börse symbol: GW9, has announced that it is in the process of becoming listed on the GXG OTC market in London, England, operated by GXG Global Exchange Group AB.
As the listing requirements continue to change on the Frankfurt, Greenworld will no longer meet the listing requirements of that exchange. Management has made the decision that the GXG, with its focus on small and medium size businesses is a more appropriate venue for the Company, and has retained Touchstone International Business Services to assist with the listing process.
Current shareholders will not be required to take any action to have their shares transferred to the new exchange, and the Company’s ISIN number will not change.
In order to buy or sell shares, however, current shareholders will need to open an account with a broker member of the GXG. A full list of broker members is available on the GXG Markets website at www.gxgmarkets.co.uk
While there is a possibility that there may be a short gap during the transfer process during which trading in the Company’s stock may be disrupted, the Company and its agents are working diligently to provide a seamless transition, with an objective to complete the listing process by mid-December.
