Casino Players, Inc. is offering for sale a total of up to 8,000,000 shares of
its common stock on a "self-underwritten", best efforts basis. The shares
will be offered at a price of $.25 per share for a period of 180 days from the
date of this prospectus. There is no minimum number of shares required to be
purchased per investor. We intend to open a standard bank checking account to
be used only for the deposit of funds received from the sale of shares in this
offering. See "Use of Proceeds" and "Plan of Distribution".
In addition, the selling stockholders named in this prospectus are offering
for sale from time to time an aggregate of up to 6,000,000 shares of our
common stock. We will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of shares
by the selling stockholders.
Was mich stört sind die 180 Tage. Das kann aber auch eine Standartangabe sein. Kann natürlich auch viel früher passieren.
Witzig wäre nur die MK. Bei IVGR ist sie derzeit deutlich unter 1 Mio. Bei CRP wäre sie, wenn ich das richtig verstehe, das vielfache. |
