und bisher ohne Erfolg! http://www.gasandoil.com/goc/company/cnm04839.htm 01-11-00 Ireland's Petrel Resources, the oil development company, is currently negotiating with Baghdad over tender proposals for the development of two damaged oilfields in southern Iraq. A team from the company, including chairman John Teeling and managing director David Horgan, visited Baghdad on a humanitarian mission and delivered medicines and baby food. Dr Teeling said: "You cannot work in Iraq without noticing the deprivation. A lack of hospital equipment, a shortage of basic medicines and scarce supplies of baby food is causing extensive suffering.
What is happening is not sustainable in the long run. It is clear that the world needs Iraqi oil. Running down the existing oil industry and delaying expansion plans means higher world oil prices for all. In the future Iraq will rank alongside Saudi Arabia as a world producer". Meanwhile, Petrel has reported that "application has been made in Baghdad to develop 2 existing oil fields and to obtain an oil exploration block. The oil field application is supported by a fully costed feasibility study prepared by international consultants and revised after discussion with the Iraqi authorities." Iraq has 113 bn barrels of proven oil resources, 70 undeveloped oil fields and perhaps 300 bn barrels of probable oil reserves.
und jetzt am 23.November:
Petrel is pre-qualified for development of existing fields. This week the Company received the data package for the first of an expected three tenders. Its engineers are now preparing a proposal to develop the Khurmala Dome of the Kirkuk oil field. This work is fully funded by the recent institutional placing. As the business develops, Petrel expects to widen its institutional following. German market makers now include Petrel, as the first AIM stock on the Over the Counter market for foreign shares with an existing listing outside of Germany (Auslandsfreiverkehr) which has generated new interest in the Company. jaja und dann die Ausgabe neuer Aktien um die längst versprochene Erschliessung neuer Ölfelder zu finanzieren,für die man offensichtlich noch immer keine Genehmigung hat!
Petrel has placed 7,380,762 shares at 13p each in a private placing with a small number of institutions. Funds raised will be used to advance our Iraqi oil interests. Petrel is negotiating with the Oil Ministry in Baghdad to explore Block 6 in the Western Desert. das ist nix als eine Empfehlung eines fragwürdigen Börsenbriefes nach Erstlisting in Frankfurt |
