Bis zu den Ständen von Jan. 2013 ist es aber noch ein langer Weg.

Hoffentlich wird was aus der versprochenen Unterstützung, aber Homex hat noch weitere Trümpfe auf der Hand:In Mexico werden interne Schulden vor dem Insolvenzgericht als normale Schulden behandelt(durch einen Schlupfloch im Gesetz) , dass ist auch der Grund wieso die Bonds so billig sind.

"Monterrey.- La constructora de viviendas mexicana Homex, que sufre serios problemas de liquidez, dijo el martes que sus acciones en la bolsa local seguirán suspendidas hasta que presente sus resultados financieros del tercer trimestre.

La Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) suspendió el lunes la cotización de los papeles de la constructora, después de que se hundieran un 15% a 2.94 pesos tras el anuncio de la empresa de que presentará su reporte trimestral de manera extemporánea, a más tardar el 12 de noviembre.

"La Bolsa Mexicana de Valores dijo que la suspensión de la negociación de acciones de la Compañía será relevado una vez que la Compañía reporte los resultados del tercer trimestre", explicó Homex en un comunicado a la Comisión de Valores de Estados Unidos (SEC).

Las acciones de Homex en Wall Street ganaban el martes un 0.63% a 1.58 dólares."
